Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

United Kingdom
1-3 business days shipping via Royal Mail track and sign / UPS.

International
3-11 business days via Royal Mail, UPS and DHL.
We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing centre. A physical address is required. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries, therefore custom fees may apply. This is a fee that you, the buyer, is responsible for. Some countries may require you to pay custom fees before you are able to pick your package. When the package is being held at customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for inspection and therefore delivery.

Expect delays during sales periods & bank holidays. Due to Covid-19, shipping may now take up to 21 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday.

Lost & Stolen Package

Millennium Touch is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost or stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. For your convenience:

• All packages come with a Tracking number. 

• If you will not be at home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local postal office/ DHL office / UPS office.
